The Toronto Women’s Bookstore has become one of the most reliable sellers of course books in Toronto! We continue to ensure that our course book service is efficient. Our prices remain at publisher’s listed prices, and we take every step to ensure maximum availability for students. We are able to service both small and large classes, and we can order books from any discipline. In the past, we have stocked well over 100 courses from various universities. We have carried books for courses ranging from five to one thousand students, from disciplines such as Anthropology, Education, English, History, Political Science, Sociology and Women & Gender Studies.
We also offer price and availability of books before ordering. In September, we have extended hours and extra staff. This ensures that students avoid long line-ups and are greeted by our friendly staff team.
The academic community has always been an important and appreciated source of support to the Toronto Women’s Bookstore. The revenue that we receive from course book orders is critical to our stability and growth as an independent store and helps to fund book launches, workshops, and other initiatives at the store.
