Store Exchange/Refund Policy:

All purchases are exchange or credit note only. Purchases may be returned for credit within two (2) weeks of purchase if they are in brand new condition and the receipt is presented. The only exception to this policy is for course books purchased. Course books may be returned for a refund within two (2) weeks of purchase, in brand new condition, with the receipt, up until the drop date for the course. Books returned after the drop date are for exchange or credit only.

Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds for magazines, zines, sale books, tickets or any discounted books or items.
