Someone is seated opposite of you. Without awkward introductions you
begin to discuss memories of both your favourite books. Through this
short discussion you discover you are both not so different. You
might even share a connection.
Queer Feminist Read Dating takes the concept of speed dating (i.e.
introductions to multiple dating candidates within a short period of
time) and applies it to queer feminists who appreciate literature.
All genders welcome. $5 registration fee applies. There is a maximum
capacity. Advanced registration can be secured at Toronto Women’s
Bookstore, 73 Harbord St. Event is first-come-first-serve.
